At Femmaura, every piece is made especially for you. All of our products are made to order, which allows us to maintain quality, reduce waste, and deliver thoughtfully crafted apparel.
Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. This includes:
- Incorrect size selection
- Color preference changes
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right.
You are not required to return the item. Simply contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@femmaura.com and include clear photo proof of the issue.
Once the issue is verified, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost to you:
- A free replacement
- A full refund
Claims submitted after 15 days from the delivery date cannot be accepted.
Refunds or replacements are issued only for confirmed manufacturing defects or damage.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to our production process, orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once they have been placed.
If you believe you made an error when placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@femmaura.com, and we will do our best to assist you before production begins. However, we cannot guarantee changes.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect the condition of the product.
- If the product meets our return criteria, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If the product is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund request and return the item back to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. These may include (but are not limited to):
- Opened skincare or cosmetic products
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
- Personalized or customized items
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product as per the return policy and place a new order.
